Who can order from DIY Cabinets?
DIY Cabinets is open to everyone. While we manufacture trade-quality cabinetry for builders and cabinet makers, DIY renovators and homeowners are very welcome to sign up and order for personal projects.
How do I create an account and start designing?
Simply click “Sign Up” and enter your details. Once registered, you’ll have full access to the design and ordering system.
Can I reuse designs or templates for multiple jobs?
Yes. Layouts can be duplicated and reused for new jobs without starting from scratch.
What’s the fastest way to get an accurate quote?
Use the online portal to customise sizes, colours and finishes — pricing updates in real time as you design.
What if I need a faster turnaround?
Select from our stocked board range, which is always available. Give us a call to discuss your timeline.
Is it easy to assemble the cabinets myself?
Yes. We provide clear guides, step-by-step instructions and video tutorials suitable for both DIY renovators and professionals. More resources are being added regularly.
Do you check measurements?
We manufacture based on the measurements you provide. Measuring is straightforward, and we’re happy to help if you have questions. Your installer can also confirm measurements if required.
Can I save templates to reuse for multiple jobs?
We use high-quality Australian-made boards such as HMR particleboard with durable melamine finishes. All materials are moisture-resistant and selected for long-term performance.
Where are your cabinets manufactured?
All manufacturing is done in our factory in Osborne Park, Western Australia.
Can I order specialised or custom cabinetry?
Yes. Once signed up, you’ll have access to a large library of customisable cabinetry products. You can submit variation requests, and if something isn’t listed, contact the team for guidance.
What services do you offer?
CNC board cutting, edge banding, flat-pack cabinetry, hardware supply, custom cabinetry by request, and an optional 3D design service with onsite measure and professional plans.

Is the online ordering system only for trades?
The system is designed with trade users in mind, but DIY customers can absolutely use it for their own projects once registered.
Can I save my designs?
Yes. You can save, edit and return to your designs at any time.
How does online ordering work?
Create a new job in the system, enter your job name, reference code, contact number and optional description, choose pickup or delivery, then submit the job to receive a unique job number used for all communication. If you need help at any stage, click the chat icon to speak with support.
What is the turnaround time for orders?
Turnaround time depends on the size and complexity of your job. Let us know your required timeline and we’ll confirm the current lead time.
Do you assemble cabinets?
We mainly supply flat-pack cabinetry, but an assembly service is also available.
How accurate is your cutting?
All cabinets are CNC machined for high accuracy. With correct measurements, everything fits as intended. Our measuring guides are available if you need help.
Can I order benchtops through you?
Yes. We supply EGGER benchtops made from genuine high-pressure laminate (HPL). They are resistant to stains, heat, steam, UV light, burns and impact, and are available in a wide range of decors. Benchtops are cut to suit your base cabinets, with excess length removed.
Are your products Australian-made?
Yes. All cutting, edging and assembly is done locally using Australian-made board.
Do cabinets come with hardware?
Yes. Flat-packs include premium hardware such as Salice hinges and Lobek drawer boxes and runners. All panels are pre-drilled for hinges and drawers.
Do you only do kitchens?
No. We also supply cabinetry for laundries, wardrobes, TV units, storage, custom residential joinery and selected commercial projects.
Can I pick up my order?
Yes. You’ll be notified once your order is ready. Pickup hours are Monday–Friday, 6:00am–1:00pm. Please contact the team to confirm a pickup time.
