Bayswater Kitchen
AOC was awarded this project with the brief to bring the old 14yo kitchen into the 21st century.
- A full demolition including a 1/2 wall to create the new entrance from the living area, and filling the existing hallway entrance.
- Create a new design to fit with the owners style & expectations, new entrance directly from living area.
- Install the latest shelving systems, to eliminate loosing space and to ease the amount of getting to the back of shelving.
- All electrical and plumbing required to install all new whitegoods and plumbing of filtered water to fridge.
- for the splashback concrete finish we used one piece ceramic coloured glass on the left and around the window.
- Flooring finish was achieved by sourcing a commercial vinyl with a random concrete pattern.
- Above bench doors are all heavy duty Hafele folding hingers, draw runners & shelving systems.
- Finishes are Laminex Terril bench draw & doors with Polytec Havana Oak uppers & trims.
- Stone top is Dekton Sirius matt black no scratchable finish.
- All design, drawings, manufacturing and install is done in house with our own staff and trades.
